Course information
Our Microblading course will teach you the techniques to give your client more definition to the brow area, lifting the brows, creating the perfect arch and giving the illusion of thicker and fuller brows.
After using a topical anaesthetic cream to the clients skin, the procedure involves using a Microblading tool with 10 to twelve needles aligned along a slope. When in contact with the skin the needles do not puncture or penetrate deep into the skin like a tattoo gun, they merely lightly scratch the surface of the skin to a depth of 0.08mm to 0.15mm. At this depth, the pigment is deposited into the border between the epidermis and dermis.
Medical grade pigments are then applied to the scratch to create a fine line of pigmented skin, this will make the brows look fuller and thicker by applying hair strokes to the clients skin.
Pigments will last in the skin for 12 to 18 months depending on the skin type.
Typical cost for the client and revenue to the therapist is £200 – £300 per treatment, which will include a top up at the 6 – 8 week period after the skin has healed.
Previous experience of brow and facial skincare treatments is required prior to booking.
